Racist Flyers from Unknown Group

I've been noticing that someone in my neighborhood has been putting out racist flyers. You know, like the ones that racist group National Vanguard has been putting out -- flyers that say that Blacks have far higher rates of HIV infection and other sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) than Whites do. But these flyers aren't from National Vanguard.
The flyers even say that most new cases of AIDS in the U.S. are among Blacks -- and then add:
"African Americans also have the highest STD rates in the nation. Compared to whites, African Americans are 27 times more likely to have gonorrhea and 16 times more likely to have syphilis.
"In part because of physical changes caused by STD infection, including genital lesions that can serve as a portal of entry for HIV, the presence of certain STDs can increase by three- to five-fold the chances of contracting HIV. Similarly, since co-infection with HIV and another STD can cause increased HIV shedding, a person who is co-infected has a greater chance of spreading HIV to others."
This is very racist.
It is hate speech and might lead Whites to think twice about having any sexual contact -- or any kind of contact -- with Blacks.
I did some investigation and it looks like whoever is putting out this flyer has downloaded it from this racist group's Web site. I even found the url. Does anybody know about this racist group calling itself "the CDC"? Anybody know what "CDC" stands for? This hate has got to stop.
