Well, I've looked into the subject of Larry Flynt's Jewishness, and can't find anything on him. This is a surprise, as I was sure I'd always heard otherwise, even from his fans. But I'm not sold yet on his status as a Gentile, and here's why: (1) I've been shown countless examples of HUSTLER playing on the Jewish porn magnate stereotype, (2) the ADL loves him and he loves the ADL, (3) he is a porn magnate, (4) he is treated very well by Jewish social critics, and (5) my mind remains open in light of my experience with Hefner's 'ethnicity':
EVERYBODY seems to believe Hefner's claim to Gentile status, but I've seen otherwise. And the Hefner question has some relevance. Imagine Hefner ca. 1950s, pushing the parcel and subverting social decency norms, a soldier on the front of a war waged almost entirely by Jews. His was a neck that would need to stick out farther than the others, and as such, it was crucial that his Jewishness, if real, be concealed. And it has been. Apart from the documentary I saw, he's clean as a whistle. As I've discovered over the last few hours, his 'Gentile' status is rubbed vigorously in the face of anybody who points out the overwhelming over-respresentation of Jews in the ranks of pornographers. But I saw what I saw, and I invite you to check for yourself. Unless my memory has effected a huge boo-boo to my credibility, A&E's BIOGRAPHY of Hugh Hefner stands as proof that Jews have in place a disciplined policy against 'outing' one another, even in an world where 'low Jews on the totem pole' have the (internet) ability to 'out' their Jewish heroes with hopes of reflected glory (Jewhoo.com).
